Welcome to the Summit Materials Referral Bonus Program! We value the power of personal connections and believe that great people know other great people. To incentivize and reward employees for referring top talent, we have structured a detailed referral bonus program, focusing primarily on tech and product roles but also applicable to other key areas.

Referral Bonus Structure

Below are the estimated referral bonuses for various roles within our organization:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,500
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Sales Manager: $3,000
• Marketing Specialist: $2,500
• HR Generalist: $2,000
• Finance Analyst: $2,500

Eligibility Criteria

• Referrals must be external candidates. Current or former employees are not eligible.
• The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
• The referring employee must be active and in good standing at the time of payout.

Referral Process

1. Submit Referral: Fill out the referral form on our company intranet, providing the candidate's resume and contact information.
2. Interview Process: Our recruitment team will review the referral and, if qualified, proceed with the standard interview process.
3. Notification: You will be notified of the referral status after the candidate completes the interview process.
4. Payout: The bonus will be processed in the payroll following the completion of the candidate's probationary period.

Additional Information

• Referrals are a critical part of our recruitment strategy. As such, we encourage employees to participate actively.
